DIRECTV Adds NHL's New Carolina Hurricanes, Columbus Blue Jackets, Minnesota Wild, and St. Louis Blues Regional Channels

Impact · against what's priced in

The addition of four NHL regional channels to DIRECTV and U-verse is a marginal positive that supports current subscriber stability but does not fundamentally alter the valuation. The news reinforces the stability of existing revenue streams rather than providing the catalyst for multiple expansion the market currently declines.
