In the realm of chromatography, Repligen offers a range of products: Its OPUS line features pre-packed chromatography columns, instrumental in purifying biologics, alongside smaller-scale OPUS columns designed for high-throughput process development screening, viral clearance validation studies, and the scaling-down of chromatography processes. Additionally, the company supplies ELISA test kits and chromatography resins marketed under the CaptivA brand. Repligen also boasts an extensive suite of filtration products. This includes XCell Alternating Tangential Flow systems, which are filtration devices utilized in upstream perfusion and cell culture processing. For downstream applications like biologic drug concentration and formulation, they provide TangenX flat sheet cassettes. Other filtration offerings encompass KrosFlo tangential flow filtration and tangential flow depth filtration systems, Spectra/Por laboratory and process dialysis products, SpectraFlo dynamic dialysis systems, and ProConnex single-use hollow fibers.
