Its assets included non-operated working interests in oil and gas fields located within Utah. The company initiated Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings on July 10, 2019, due to financial challenges. This attempt at reorganization was subsequently changed to a Chapter 7 liquidation by the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Utah on November 7, 2019.
