Hemisphere Energy Corporation is an upstream oil and natural gas company operating in Canada. Its primary holdings include a full 100% working interest across 9,440 net acres within the Atlee Buffalo property, and an additional 7,009 net acres at the Jenner property. Both significant land positions are situated in southeastern Alberta. Established in 1977, the firm changed its name from Northern Hemisphere Development Corp. to its current designation in April 2009. Hemisphere Energy Corporation maintains its corporate headquarters in Vancouver, Canada.
