It also provides consumer loans for purposes like vehicle purchases, home improvements, educational expenses, and personal investments. Further loan options include real estate construction and acquisition financing, alongside both fixed and variable rate mortgage products. Beyond its core banking functions, First Community Bank offers a suite of additional services.
