The Nutrition & Care segment supplies vital ingredients to manufacturers in the food, animal feed, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, detergent, and cleaning product sectors. Lastly, the Agricultural Solutions division delivers a comprehensive portfolio of crop protection products and seeds, ranging from fungicides, herbicides, and insecticides to biological crop solutions and specialized seed treatments. Furthermore, the company maintains a strategic alliance with Contemporary Amperex TechnologyCo., Limited, focusing on battery material innovations, specifically cathode active materials and battery recycling processes. Tracing its origins back to 1865, BASF SE maintains its principal headquarters in Ludwigshafen am Rhein, Germany.
